Bathroom was small. Had to drive to go anywhere. No shuttle service anywhere. Not very accommodating except for business travelers. Very limited niceties for calling this a suite. Staff very little help.

Bathroom flooded, staff cleaned it but smell lingered.

Breakfast and managers reception were grear.

Fiance slipped in bathtub bcuz there was no bathmat, Fall was pretty bad, was offered no consolation, couldn't get a copy of incident report,

At the City Center and tourist attractions are near. Clean and Comfortable rooms. Lobby is wide with plenty of sofa that you can sit while waiting.

The staff was friendly and the location was good for us. Great indoor pool and breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel was great with the exception of the sofa. First, it was visibly stained. Second, the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was hardly any pad for the mattress. For a family that needs the extra bed for our child, this was disappointing. Everything

Some kids next door had a party. Really loud. Someone two doors down had dogs, and I can't handle pets, they bother my sinus. So I was so miserable....

The two-room king suite was very clean and updated, just like we love. The breakfast was on point, with plenty of options. The fitness center was great for a workout, and the indoor pool was a nice touch! Highly recommend it.

They over charged me and the room smelled bad.

I liked the fact that breakfast was included and the staff was friendly.

I was very upset that our first stay of our vacation, information was stolen off my credit card and $660.00 was put on my credit card. Luckily the credit card company thought that charge was excessive, notified us immediately, cancelled the card and sent a new card to our next stop of our vacation.

I loved the Two-Room King Suite! It was like my own little apartment with a cozy living area for relaxation. Plus, the made-to-order breakfast was a delicious treat every morning!

Beautiful inside and the Full Breakfast was wonderful! The evening reception was worth staying on site for. The morning we checked out a storm had came in. The offering of the ice scraper to each guest just topped off our fabulous weekend!

The pool was a bit too hazy for me.

Just a balanced option for a hurried visit in Louisville with reasonable value. The breakfast omelets were fantastic and a nice surprise. Check for room cleanliness to ensure a good stay.
